Tim Gates is the Founder of VisionPath Consulting, where he helps pastors and churches rebuild vision, restore strength, raise Capital Stewardship funds, and renew their mission. With decades of ministry experience as a Senior Pastor, Tim brings practical wisdom, strategic insight, and a deep passion for helping churches discover clarity, alignment, and momentum for the future.
Tim has served the church in numerous leadership roles, including National Coaching Director and Senior Consultant for New Church Specialties, partnering with churches across more than 25 denominations. He also serves as a consultant with Zion Church Builders, helping churches navigate facility expansion, relocation, strategic planning, capital stewardship, and fundraising.
Known for his engaging communication style, leadership insight, and sense of humor, Tim is passionate about equipping pastors and leaders to thrive, lead with confidence, and fully live into God’s calling for their church.
Tim and his wife, Vicky, have been married for over 46 years, have two children, and are proud grandparents of four grandsons.
