Steve Greene brings more than 40 years of leadership experience, helping churches grow, navigate change, and build strong, healthy ministries.
Throughout his ministry journey, Steve has led congregations of various sizes while providing strategic leadership in building renovations, capital campaigns, church relocation, and the construction of multiple new facilities.
Steve is known for building strong teams, inspiring volunteers around a clear vision, and developing relationships that move organizations forward. His practical leadership style, strong work ethic, and ability to bring clarity, structure, and momentum make him a trusted coach and consultant for pastors and ministry leaders.
In addition to ministry leadership, Steve holds an Indiana and Tennessee State Insurance License and serves individuals and families in life, health, and Medicare planning.
