Crystal Modlin serves as the Executive Director of Worship and Women at Amplify Church, where she leads dynamic worship experiences each week and equips teams to create engaging, Christ-centered environments that connect people to the presence of God. With a lifelong love for the church as a preacher’s kid, Crystal brings passion, authenticity, and spiritual depth to every ministry she leads.

In addition to leading worship, Crystal provides visionary leadership for women’s ministry, developing leaders, building teams, and creating spaces where women can grow in their faith and calling. She is a passionate supporter of her husband, Pastor Phillip, and together they lead and love Amplify Church with strength, humility, and joy.

 

Above all, Crystal is a devoted follower of Christ, a loving wife, and a full-time mom of five who faithfully points her family—and others—toward Jesus.
